이용약관
1. 목적과 적용
본 약관은 Multiplay(A Dance of Fire and Ice용 비공식 멀티플레이 모드 및 중계 서버, 이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 서비스의 성격
서비스는 무료로 제공되는 비공식 커뮤니티 프로젝트이며 7th Beat Games와 제휴·후원·승인 관계가 없습니다. 서비스를 이용하려면 이용자가 게임을 별도로 보유해야 합니다.
3. 계정
Google 로그인은 선택 사항입니다. 로그인하지 않은 이용자(게스트)는 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다. 개인정보의 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
4. 이용 규칙
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인을 괴롭히거나 모욕하거나 불쾌감을 주는 닉네임, 방 이름, 채팅, 레벨 등을 게시하는 행위
- 불법적이거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 파일(레벨, 곡, 이미지 등)을 업로드하는 행위
- 서버에 과도한 요청을 보내거나 취약점을 악용하는 등 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 타인을 사칭하거나 관리자 권한을 부정하게 얻으려는 행위
5. 이용자 콘텐츠
이용자가 업로드한 레벨 등의 저작권은 각 제작자 또는 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 콘텐츠를 업로드할 권리가 있음을 보장해야 하며, 서비스는 해당 콘텐츠를 같은 방의 참가자에게 중계하는 목적으로만 일시적으로 처리합니다.
6. 관리 및 제재
관리자는 규칙을 위반한 이용자를 방에서 내보내거나 서버에서 차단하고, 방을 닫을 수 있습니다. 차단은 관리자의 판단으로 해제할 수 있습니다.
7. 서비스의 변경과 중단
서비스는 기능 변경, 점검, 운영상의 이유로 예고 없이 변경되거나 중단될 수 있습니다.
8. 보증의 부인과 책임의 제한
서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며 특정 목적에의 적합성, 중단 없는 이용, 오류 없음을 보증하지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 서비스 이용으로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
9. 약관의 변경
약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 새 내용과 시행일을 게시하며, 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern your use of Multiplay, an unofficial multiplayer mod and relay server for A Dance of Fire and Ice (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service is a free, unofficial community project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by 7th Beat Games. You need your own copy of the game to use it.
3. Accounts
Signing in with Google is optional. Guests may have limited features. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- post nicknames, room names, chat messages or levels that harass, insult or offend others;
- upload files (levels, audio, images) that are unlawful or infringe the rights of others;
- disrupt the Service, for example by flooding it with requests or exploiting vulnerabilities;
- impersonate others or try to obtain administrator privileges improperly.
5. User content
Copyright in uploaded levels and other content remains with their creators or rights holders. You warrant that you have the right to upload what you upload. The Service processes such content only temporarily, to relay it to the participants of the same room.
6. Moderation
Administrators may remove users from rooms, ban them from the server and close rooms when these terms are violated. Bans may be lifted at the administrators’ discretion.
7. Changes and discontinuation
The Service may change or be discontinued at any time without notice, for example for maintenance or operational reasons.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will publish the new text and effective date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
